Holly Cooper
Holly is the Founder of Tradelance, holding a Business Management degree and bringing over nine years of experience within the construction and property industry. She is also SMSTS trained, giving her a strong understanding of on-site health and safety practices. Throughout her career, Holly has worked across a diverse range of projects, building a proven track record in supporting the successful delivery of developments. This experience has enabled her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle—from initial planning through to completion. Alongside Tradelance, Holly has founded and grown multiple businesses, providing her with a well-rounded commercial perspective and a practical, results-driven approach. She is passionate about delivering efficient, high-quality outcomes and supporting clients at every stage of their journey. Outside of work, Holly enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, whether that’s surfing or hiking in the mountains.
Chloe Adamson
Chloe brings over a decade of business experience, including several years with one of the UK’s leading business banks. Alongside this, she has successfully developed and managed multiple businesses within the trade sector, giving her a strong, practical understanding of the day-to-day challenges business owners face. She is now partnering with Tradelance, bringing her expertise to support a wider range of clients. She also played an integral role in the launch and growth of one of Staffordshire’s fastest-growing estate agencies. With a passion for organisation, social media, and content creation, Chloe combines structure with creativity and strategic insight. She supports clients in streamlining their operations, strengthening their brand presence, and building their businesses with clarity and confidence. Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending quality time with her partner, their young son, and their rescue dog, Betty. Whether it’s countryside walks, trips to the coast, or discovering new places to eat, family time is at the heart of her life.
